[Dnsmasq-discuss] addn-hosts option , how to setup with no caching hosts,

Hi, im use in dnsmasq.conf addn-hosts option.

# or if you want it to read another file, as well as /etc/hosts, use
# this.
#addn-hosts=/etc/banner_add_hosts

Working fine, but how to setup no cach the file, i want dnsmasq 
read/refresh hosts from file if client request, same as from /etc/hosts?

Today need reload/restart deamon every time if a change the hosts file 
from   "addn-hosts" option.
