[Dnsmasq-discuss] No hostname sent although requested for first host in /etc/ethers

If the above didn't get mangled by various editors, email clients, and email
servers then the problem is fairly obvious, the first entry is on the same
line as the comment and therefore is considered part of the comment.

It is difficult to help you troubleshoot problems like this when you have
passed all of the relevant files through an editor.
