That's exactly why in the 'Tomato' version of dnsmasq I added 3 extra
options, 'quiet-ra, quiet-dhcp, quiet-dhcp6' to suppress logging. 
Though I have to say whatever recent changes have been made, either to
dnsmasq or apple ios 7, dhcp6 activity appears much reduced which is
great news!
