[Dnsmasq-discuss] Launchpad recipe for dnsmasq with DNSSEC for Precise/Trusty

Hi,

I'm going to create a Dnsmasq-PPA on launchpad which provides lp:dnsmasq 
for Precise and Trusty with DNSSEC enabled.

What do I have to change in the Launchpad recipe to build Dnsmasq with 
DNSSEC-support?
