Not strange at all. It will Just Work. Put two dhcp-range=..... lines
in dnsmasq.conf, one for each range. Dnsmasq will fill one range
before moving on to the second, but if you want to direct particular
hosts or classes of hosts to one range or the other, that's possible
too., with a bit more complexity.
