[Dnsmasq-discuss] Blacklisting 1 Million domains

Please think also about dynamic list when working on this.
To avoid the need of updating and reloading the dnsmasq config file
every time the list is updated.

Also, in my case the destination of all domains is not always the
127.0.0.1, my case is not a blacklist, we have thousand of specific
domain that need to point to other unique ip (it's like a smart-dns
service).
So, i hope a better solution rather than an 'for every domain in that
list, use this answer".
