[Dnsmasq-discuss] dhcp-ignore ignoring /etc/ethers entry

Are you sending dnsmasq SIGHUP after altering /etc/ethers? Changes in
/etc/ethers won't be reflected in the internal state of dnsmasq until
you do that, or restart dnsmasq. Since restarting dnsmasq fixes the
problem, I guess sending SIGHUP after writing /etc/ethers will fix it too.
