[Dnsmasq-discuss] Specifying an 'NS' record possible?

Is it possible to specify an NS record? I am attempting to setup a fully 
working DNS server (i.e. ns1.danols.com) however it appears not to be 
possible because dnsmasq does not return a NS record.
