[Dnsmasq-discuss] Controlling returned IP for hosts with multiple IP addresses

I have a use case where I have hosts with multiple IP addresses.
I can use the 'localise-queries' to select the appropriate IP according to the
subnet of the query, and this works well.
But I have other queries that come from arbitrary subnets, and in this case
I'd like to return a default IP. Dnsmasq returns one of the IPs according to
a round-robin algorithm, but I just want the a fixed one.
Is there a way to turn off round-robin, or to have a default? I am hoping to
avoid running multiple dnsmasq servers to solve this.
