[Dnsmasq-discuss] dnsmasq imports ipset in binary

I am trying to import a large ipset file(2MB), is there a way to pre-make
that file into some compact format in binary for dnsmasq to import, my
device has a limited flash storage space.

e.g.: big-dns-file-list.txt --> compacted-binary-ipset-file.bin --> dnsmasq
import --> restart dnsmasq
