My own openwrt ‘experimental’ staging https://git.openwrt.org/?p=openwrt/staging/ldir.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/exp inevitably contains a ‘bump to next dnsmasq’ commit if there’s something newer than openwrt master lurking about. You may find that useful. Currently master is on dnsmasq v2.80test3 so I’ve that and all patches since in my tree……and the openwrt tweaks to enable building ubus and enabling in the startup script...
