[Dnsmasq-discuss] Dnsmasq ignoring nameserver

I'm trying a dnsmasq configuration on some virtual machines with a server
and some clients on two subnets, everything is local with no internet
access. DHCP is working fine but not the DNS part.
When i look into the logs of dnsmasq i see "ignoring nameserver 192.168.x.x
- local interface", what could be the problem?
