[Dnsmasq-discuss] Is this example authoritative dnsmasq.conf legitimate (from onderka .com)?

1. Does the example dnsmasq.conf below contain completely legitimate 
values and settings for dnsmasq version 2.80 and above?
2. Are there other places where I can find example .conf files like this?

(My web-browser language translator appears to effectively translate 
German to English.)

It's the only detailed, authoritative (presumably?) configuration file I 
could find. And it's quite enlightening for a rookie dnsmasq admin like me.
