I've just tagged the first release-candidate for dnsmasq-2.82.

This has some (but not all) the patches left over from 2.81, and a
couple of new trivial fixes, but most importantly, it should fix a
source of random crashes which crept into 2.81.

It's this which is the motivation for a reasonably rapid 2.82 release.

Please download and test, as you can.
