I know about this option and I'm already using it in dsnmasq:

  --dhcp-option=vendor:MSFT,2,1i

Problem is that this option is for DHCPv4 MS clients. Does not work for
MS DHCPv6 clients.

Also it is not reliable, e.g. when network is disconnected.

And dnsmasq has working MAC <--> IPv4 address assignment so it is not
needed at all.
