[Dnsmasq-discuss] split DHCP from dnsmasq

Hi,
could you share more details about your motivation? You can run separate
instances, once for dhcp - contains --dhcp-range --port=0, the second
for just dns, no --dhcp-range.
Did you mean removing DHCP functionality instead?
edit Makefile and set COPTS = -DNO_DHCP inside. Then make && sudo make
install.
Would be best, if you could share what are you trying to archieve.
