[Dnsmasq-discuss] Flush the DNS Cache of dnsmasq without restarting it.

Hi,

On Ubuntu 20.04, I am running a self-compiled git master version of
dnsmasq that is not managed by systemd. I want to flush the DNS Cache
of dnsmasq without restarting it. Are there any tips for achieving
this goal?
