[Dnsmasq-discuss] 2.87 release.

I propose to begin the process to release the current development code 
as 2.87.

As list-members may be aware, I've been somewhat absent from post for 
the past six months, and I'm aware that there are known bugs and pending 
patches which I've not attended to, and some I may even have forgotten 
about.

However I'm also aware that there are some known bad bugs in 2.86, and 
the code in the development tree fixes those, so it's a much-needed 
improvement over 2.86.

Trying to catch up with the backlog is making perfection the enemy of 
improvement; I think we're better to get the current code out there and 
then work on the backlog.

I've therefore tagged 2.87rc1. Please test this if you're not already at 
the bleeding edge. I'd like to hear of show-stopping bugs you find by 
doing that, or ones you already know of. For stuff which is not show 
stopping, and hasn't been addressed during the hiatus, get back to me 
after 2.87 is out there and we'll aim for a fairly rapid 2.88.
