[Dnsmasq-discuss] Trouble with local domains being forwarded to upstream dns servers

I'm running dnsmasq version 2.85-1 from Debian 11.5.  Looks like the 
latest version is 2.86.  That version is also in Debian testing.  I'll 
see if I can install that version, and then report back.
