Very much agreed. And I'd suggest it should be an option for the whole set of "filter-*" options. I have to filter HTTPS resource requests locally due to shadowing some public records (which then don't match up with the data in the HTTPS record), so being able to filter them only on the one domain that I care about would be much better than blocking them from the entire internet.
