[Dnsmasq-discuss] IPv6 resolve local only

Sorry guys for not interacting with this tread, but have been on holiday 
several weeks.

As you might have seen in my answer to Petr Menšík, I found my bummer. I 
had a server= pointing to resolve my own domain on my local firewall. I 
overlooked it due to being in a file below /etc/dnsmasq.d/

I had totally forgotten about that, so when I stopped the DNS on pfSense 
nobody answered dns requests on that anymore. That explained why I was 
seeing timeouts.
