Configure a dhcp-range for the IP subnet of each vlan you wish to have 
DHCP service, and if you're controlling which interfaces dnsmasq listens 
on, make sure that you include the interface corresponding to each vlan.

Just the same way you would with networks on different physical cables 
or different wireless names. Vlans are the same: like two or more 
physical ethernets that happen to be on the same cable.
