Having a copy of dnsmasq is a good thing for sure. However I am in
doubt whether salsa.debian.org is the right place for it, given that it
is primarily meant for the purpose of doing packaging work in Debian.
Perhaps it makes more sense to host the copy on sr.ht, for example, and
remove the outdated one from salsa.d.o.
