Hello Simon,

You are very probably right on the netmask, buggy distributed leases are 
sent with a 255.0.0.0 netmask (option 1), a huge network...

We are working to reproduce with logs enabled and to check if explicitly 
configuring the netmask fixes the issue. I will update this thread when 
we have results.
