The second 2.93 release candidate is out there.

The only regressions in rc1 were a drastic reduction in the 
long-standing arbitrary line-length limit for config files and a problem 
which caused *.bind and *.server queries to be forwarded when they 
shouldn't.

The line length limit has been entirely removed and the other problem fixed.

The other commits are fixes for various long-standing problems which 
have been found by AI analysis.

Please test this out. Unless I've messed up, this should be that last 
release candidate and I can release 2.93 and get on with the rest of the 
backlog.
