[Dnsmasq-discuss] client using bootp request gets address from dhcpd, but not dnsmasq

Tried:

  bootp-dynamic=ens1f0np0
  log-dhcp

in the dnsmasq.conf file, no luck.  Will next edit the systemd scripts
to use

  --bootp-dynamic=ens1f0np0 --log-dhcp

as parameters to the daemon, since that's how the man page lists them. 
Although it also lists other long options that are actually in the conf
file too, so I tried that first.

People are using the machine at the other end, so I can't just go on a
reboot cycle trying things, making this a slower process: one tweak,
wait a few days :)
