[Dnsmasq-discuss] announce: dnsmasq-2.93rc3

Hello Simon!

Was there announce of 2.93 version, which already has git tag, somewhere 
else where I have missed it?

There is already release archive, but there does not seem to be announce 
of the final release.

Am I mistaken?
