[Dnsmasq-discuss] DHCP on 1 interface, two IP ranges

It seems it was a version issue.  I just upgraded to
Dnsmasq version 2.35  Copyright (C) 2000-2006 Simon Kelley
and the first address it served was a 192.168.6 addr.  Life's good, sorry to 
suck up your bandwidth with questions on an old version.
