[Dnsmasq-discuss] all-servers option issue

Hello,
 I've been experimenting with the all-servers option. In my case there
were two
upstream dns servers each serving a different domain. I noticed that
once a dns
server replies with nxdomain the result is forwarded back to the client
without waiting
the other reply. I tried to "fix" for my case this, by this patch. I
tried to emulate a server
being down in the case of NXDOMAIN.
