[Dnsmasq-discuss] ip for domain

I've got my dnsmasq up and running. The only thing I'm missing is ip
returned for query to whole domain.

in dnsmasq.conf I've got:

domain=foo-domain

How can I force dnsmasq to reply to following DNS query:

# host foo-domain
Host foo-domain not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

of course I can add:

address=/ncdc/192.168.0.42

to dnsmasq.conf, but this way any random string + .foo-domain as request
will give 192.168.0.42 IP as result (except of IPs assigned to some
names in /etc/hosts). This is side effect that I cannot accept.

Is there any solution?
