How long does your dnsmasq server issue leases (show the dhcp-range
line from your configuration)?

Either the print server kept using the address past lease expiration
instead of renewing, something spoofed a DHCPRELEASE to dnsmasq, or
dnsmasq restarted and your lease persistence file (dnsmasq.leases)
isn't working right (wrong permissions, I/O errors, written by some
other program, etc).
