It seems dhcp-host is ignored after specifying read-ethers option. So I can't
actually test it right now. I'll try to configure testing environment later. As
for ethers, yes, I'm pretty sure, only last entry is honored. By the way I'm
using dnsmasq-2.45 on Debian 5.0.
