We use the Attitude Adjustment release of OpenWrt which uses dnsmasq 2.62.
Trunk is at 2.66 though.
Also, it is not about the constructor syntax but doing router advertisements.
I couldn't get it to work using 2.62. A later version seems to be necessary.
