Hi, I have this configuration

> bind-dynamic
> listen-address=0.0.0.0
> interface=lo


After 744231d99505cdead314d13506b5ff8c44a13088 it fails with "failed to
create listening socket for 0.0.0.0: Address already in use". Please revert
this patch, or am I missing something? It also helps to remove lo from
configuration, but clever bind should resolve conflicts.
