That impression is wrong. The paragraph is written as result of something 
that happened in September 2003, but it does not mean that the whole page 
was written at that time.

According to HTTP information, the page was modified on:
Thursday, March 20, 2025, 4:40:01 PM GMT+1

Invalid assumptions lead to invalid conclusions, but it is not our fault.
Recreating issue from 2003 is not good idea just to have newer date in 
documentation.

What exactly do you want to update?

I only see possibility of mentioning different OSes in "Installation" 
paragraph.

And perhaps mention that some ISPs do the same shit Verisign did in 
September 2003.
