[Dnsmasq-discuss] Is manual confirmation required to join this list?

This should be fixed now, but to answer Petr's questions for future 
visitors here. There's nothing that has to happen manually at this end.

You subscribe to the list, the list sends a message back which you have 
to reply to to confirm that subscription and once that's received, 
you're in.
