[Dnsmasq-discuss] Is manual confirmation required to join this list?

Yes, my friend confirmed, that he received confirmation, but it has
fallen into the spam folder. I am sorry we did not verify that case
properly.
We kind of relied on gmail having it correct. But thank you for the
investigation!
